I ordered about 5 rugs from this company. Very fast delivery and excellent rugs for the price. On my last order, one of them was delayed, past the due date. I emailed the company and had an answer within 4hrs. To my surprise they informed me about the delay. For my troubles…they included a free rug pad! Very happy customer!!! Will be ordering pads for the rest of my rugs from this company!

I rarely purchase rugs online, but I needed an inexpensive rug for a storage room. I couldn’t believe how nice and thick and rich in color this rug is! I wasn’t expecting it to be so well made and easy to vacuum. I have since moved the rug into my dining room. I plan to keep this rug in full view. Very nice for the price.

After reading the other reviews, I thought this might be thin and a little less than the description promised, but it is actually a great rug, especially for the price! As one of the other reviewers noted, the colors are not as bright as they are in the photo, but it is still very pretty.

The picture is about what this rug looks like though the blue is not quite as vibrant. It’s a nice rug to put on top of carpeting. For the price, it is doing exactly what I wanted, defining my “living room” in my 11’5 X 29′ living space. I expected something a little bit thin, and it is, but it is not flimsy. It has a pretty good backing so it’s staying in place with nothing more then a couple of furniture legs sitting on it. For the price I am definitely not complaining and I am actually quite pleased.

I ordered duplicate 21″ x 35″ machine-made polypropylene area rugs, because I thought they might be good candidates for leading into two rooms. However, since each of the rooms has a good, hand-knotted wool (on cotton warp) 4′ x 6′ Oushak (Oriental) rug, despite their exceptional value for the money, the machine-made man-made-fiber rugs just didn’t seem to go.
For returns, Amazon directs us to contact the seller, in this case, PowerSellerUSA. Some companies may ship their wares to you for free, but then will charge you for that out-bound shipping if you return the item(s). However, even then, PowerSellerUSA does not charge you for the delivery to your home — you pay for the return delivery, only (for which you must first obtain a return authorization).
PowerSellerUSA’s staff couldn’t have been better(!) After my telling the Customer Service rep something about what I was now looking for, she sent me some links to their site. They have many 1000s of rugs and so, much like the rugs I was seeking, way lead on to way, and I have just this week placed an order for three good, hand-knotted wool (on cotton warp) 2′ x 3′ Oriental rugs from PowerSellerUSA.
I gave four stars for the item(s) (which Amazon calls an “I like it” rating), rather than the five star (“I love it”) rating, but only because the rugs didn’t work for us aesthetically. But they’re an excellent value, and lucky you, if you can use them.
